Massachusetts Trial Court is seeking a Senior Telecommunications Engineer to join our team. As the Senior Telecommunications Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of MTC's telecommunications infrastructure. Your expertise in enterprise telephony solutions, including Avaya Aura 10.x Communications Manager, Mutare Voice, Consensus eFAX, and other cutting-edge systems, will be invaluable. You'll oversee the installation, upgrades, and maintenance of these critical systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance across approximately 98 Trial Court locations statewide. With your troubleshooting skills and in-depth knowledge of SIP trunking, ARS, AAR, routing, dial plans, and Avaya hardware and software (SBC, ACD, CDR, SIP, Cloud, licensing, firmware, storage, and backup), you'll be instrumental in resolving complex issues and implementing new technologies. Your ability to mentor and train telecom personnel, as well as collaborate with technical resources, vendors, and end-users, will foster a collaborative and continuous learning environment.
