What You'll Be Doing
Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and end-user equipment across court facilities
Monitor network performance and bandwidth, resolving constraints before they affect operations
Coordinate network activity with court personnel and external vendors
Troubleshoot issues and manage support tickets through to resolution
What You'll Bring
Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and switching
Hands-on experience configuring network hardware and end-user devices
Clear communication skills for working with non-technical court staff and vendors
Comfort managing multiple open tickets within a structured support environment

Entering case documents and exhibits accurately into the court's case management system, including electronic filing platforms
Recording and updating information related to court appearances, hearings, and case outcomes
Processing record requests and supporting record retention in line with court protocols
Performing cashiering duties with accuracy and accountability |
