At the Westborough courthouse, we're looking for a Facilities Supervisor I who brings hands-on maintenance expertise and the confidence to lead a small team with purpose.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Supervising and performing lead work across all facility maintenance and cleaning operations at a standalone courthouse of under 70,000 square feet
Scheduling supervised staff to ensure consistent coverage and operational readiness across the building
Coordinating with outside contractors for specialist maintenance, repairs, and service delivery
Conducting regular inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and building standards in line with Trial Court requirements |
