The Dean of the Faculty serves as the chief academic and faculty leader of Wesley Seminary, providing vision, leadership, and oversight for academic quality, faculty development, curriculum, and program innovation. The Dean partners closely with the EVP, the Chief Academic Officer (CAO), and the Director of Academic Services to ensure that the Seminary’s academic programs are missionally grounded, academically rigorous, innovative, and responsive to the needs of the global Church and Christian community, with special emphasis on the Wesleyan denomination and the broader Wesleyan-Arminian tradition.
This role is primarily academic and strategic, with a focus on people, programs, and educational excellence. The Dean shares responsibility for academic innovation, institutional representation, and academic partnerships while collaborating cross-functionally to support the Seminary’s broader mission and strategic priorities.

The Assistant Director of the Future Learning Lab (FLL) will play a pivotal role in advancing the lab’s mission of exploring and integrating emerging technologies to enhance learning and teaching experiences at IWU-N&G. This role will focus on supporting the Director in implementing strategic initiatives, while actively contributing to the development of new projects and innovative ideas. The Assistant Director will help drive interdisciplinary research, establish partnerships, and design programs that align with future educational needs, ensuring that FLL remains at the forefront of academic innovation.

Provide educational and therapeutic support to IWU students. The Clinical Counselor
must be a Christian committed to the Lordship of Christ and respectful of the Wesleyan
Tradition. This means having a Biblical worldview and involves a transformation in
every area of one’s lifestyle. The Clinical Counselor should continually seek
opportunities to grow. She/he needs to have strong character through the regular
practice of spiritual disciplines. The Clinical Counselor should have a developed vision
for what God can do in the student body through the programs and services in The
Center for Student Success. The Clinical Counselor’s efforts are enhanced by the skills
of compassion, responsibility, teachability, creativity, collaboration and flexibility.
