The CAO is a skilled administrator with a passion for innovation, creativity, and Christian higher education. The Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) oversees and directs the on-campus academic programs, faculty and related entities.
Skilled Trades Technician - MEP Hourly (Full Time) Marion, IN
The primary responsibilities of the Skilled Trades Technician are: Provide support to Facilities Services team through competent completion of daily work assignments. These assignments will include Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems related maintenance tasks. Work as liaison for after-business-hours communication between Campus personnel and Maintenance Supervision team. Accomplish additional scheduled maintenance tasks including but not limited to swimming pool maintenance, periodic equipment testing, and event set-ups.

This role is centered on achieving enrollment targets by building strong relationships, effectively presenting program offerings, providing F1 student visa guidance, and addressing concerns to facilitate a smooth transition into their academic journey. Success in this position requires a results-driven mindset, exceptional communication abilities, and a strong goal-oriented approach—motivated by the pursuit of exceeding targets and driven by a commitment to continuous improvement.
