Assistant or Associate Professor of Hospitality Management Faculty (Full Time) Marion, IN
Indiana Wesleyan University and the DeVoe Division of Business are seeking applications from qualified individuals for the position of full-time Assistant/Associate Professor of Hospitality Management. The position will provide instruction at IWU’s residential campus within the DeVoe Division of Business. Hospitality has been identified as a priority in the university’s strategic plan, with the construction and launch of a new hotel on campus and the development of an associated academic program as projects in support of that priority. The Hospitality Management faculty member will play a key role in the development of coursework for the new major, facilitate launch of the academic program, and work closely with the university owned hotel. The DeVoe Division of Business is a Christ-centered academic community that provides students the opportunity for personal, professional, and spiritual development in preparation for a life of service, applying sound business principles with wisdom and creativity. Adjunct Faculty, Artificial Intelligence and Analytics Faculty (Part Time or Adjunct) Remote (within United States)
DeVoe School of Business, Technology, and Leadership is seeking experienced Adjunct Faculty to teach undergraduate and graduate applied A.I. courses in an online, asynchronous format. Additional opportunities exist to teach international student courses in a hybrid format, which includes online coursework and a two-day in-person session located in Merrillville, IN or Dallas, TX. We are seeking faculty with a Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related course work and recent experience in applied A.I. and data analytics. Applicants with a Master’s degree and 5+ years of applied A.I. and/or analytics experience will be considered.
Risk & Insurance Operations Administrator Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Risk & Insurance Operations Administrator supports the University’s commercial insurance, claims, risk transfer, contract administration, waiver/release, travel risk, and compliance calendar functions. This role emphasizes commercial insurance administration, including claims coordination, certificates of insurance, insurance renewals, and review of contract insurance requirements. The position works with University departments, legal counsel, insurance brokers, carriers, vendors, and leadership to help identify, document, and mitigate risk while ensuring insurance, risk, and contract processes are timely, consistent, and well-documented.

Admissions Counselor Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The admissions counselor position promotes the University and its programs to prospective students and their communities. The admissions counselor manages a caseload of students to identify, recruit, admit and matriculate successfully into the University, its programs and community. The Dean of the Faculty serves as the chief academic and faculty leader of Wesley Seminary, providing vision, leadership, and oversight for academic quality, faculty development, curriculum, and program innovation. Athletics Development Officer Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Athletics Development Officer serves as a front-line fundraiser in support of the priorities of Indiana Wesleyan University Athletics and Advancement departments. The position is responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of annual and individual gift donors through relationships with alumni, parents, and friends. The Master's in Athletic Training degree is also housed within HHP. We have 7 full-time faculty members and over 250 student majors. The Masters of Athletic Training program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education and the Exercise Science program by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs. The ideal candidate will combine teaching with scholarly endeavors.
