Sports Management Faculty Faculty (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Division of Health and Human Performance at Indiana Wesleyan University seeks applications for a full-time Sports Management Faculty position. TheDivision of Health and Human Performance is home to two undergraduate majors: Exercise Science and Sports Management, as well as minors in Camp and Recreation Administration, Coaching Education, Health Promotion and Wellness, Military Leadership,and Sports Ministry. The Master's in Athletic Training degree is also housed within HHP. We have 7 full-time faculty members and over 250 student majors. The Masters of Athletic Training program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education and the Exercise Science program by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs. The ideal candidate will combine teaching with scholarly endeavors. Applicants should show evidence of personal faith in Jesus Christ, full agreement with the Wesleyan-Arminian theology, and commitment to liberal arts learning and the integration of Christian faith and learning. Position to begin July 2026, pending funding.
Director of Athletics Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
Reporting to the Vice President for Student Development and Athletics, the Director of Athletics’ primary responsibilities are to direct, support and supervise a comprehensive NAIA intercollegiate athletic program representing 24 teams with an appropriate level coaching staff, over 600 student athletes and the Campus Recreation Department which includes 6 club sports with plans for growth for more. The Director of Athletics is ultimately responsible for budgets, strategic planning, fields and facilities, policies, compliance, scholarships, promotion and leadership of the division. The Director of Athletics is part of the Student Development team of leaders representing student life, student involvement, student success services, health and wellness, life-calling and career services and spiritual formation.
Psychology Faculty Faculty (Full Time) Marion, IN

The ideal candidate will combine teaching with scholarly endeavors. The position represents N&G’s programs and initiatives to external organizations and individuals with the aim of developing business enrollment pipelines. Mechanical Engineering Faculty Faculty (Full Time) Marion, IN
Indiana Wesleyan University seeks applications for a Mechanical Engineering faculty on the Marion, Indiana campus starting Fall 2027. This full-time permanent faculty position will join the growing Engineering department educating students pursuing a BSE (Bachelor of Science in Engineering) degree with a specialization in mechanical, computer, civil, design, or electrical engineering. The successful candidate will combine engaging teaching with scholarly endeavors, preferably involving undergraduate research and/or industry engagement. Candidates should possess expertise in the thermal-fluid areas of mechanical engineering and have the ability to teach courses such as fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, design of thermal systems, engineering materials, and senior design. Adjunct Faculty, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence Faculty (Part Time or Adjunct) Merrillville, IN, Remote (within United States)
DeVoe School of Business, Technology, and Leadership is seeking Adjunct Faculty with experience teaching graduate courses to international students in both hybrid and online formats. A hybrid/blended course includes a two-day onsite delivery at the Merrillville, IN education center and multi-week online components. Other courses are delivered fully online. We are seeking terminally qualified faculty with at least 18 credit hours of study in Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related course work and relevant industry experience. Housekeeper (1st Shift) Hourly (Full Time) Marion, IN
