Director of Talent Ladder Administrative (Full Time) Indianapolis, IN
The Director of Talent Ladder will lead IWU's workforce and B2B-focused credentialing enterprise, driving strategic growth through innovative product development, sales execution, and partnership cultivation. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to deliver contextualized, skill-based training programs that serve both individual learners and corporate clients. The Director will oversee dual revenue streams: individual training programs aligned with state and federal workforce funding (including Indiana's Next Level Jobs and federal workforce Pell frameworks), and customized B2B training solutions that deliver measurable ROI for business partners. Working closely with the Customer and Partner Success Manager and Director of Resource Development, this position will leverage our new AI-driven LMS to create agile, personalized training solutions that meet market demands while achieving strong enrollment, completion rates, and job placement outcomes. The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing advanced technical and computer support for students and employees of Indiana Wesleyan University. The admissions counselor position promotes the University and its programs to prospective students and their communities. The admissions counselor manages a caseload of students to identify, recruit, admit and matriculate successfully into the University, its programs and community. The goal is accomplished through building relationships with the student and their family, sharing opportunities available to the student at IWU and encouraging them on their next steps. Engagement varies by season but includes travel, hospitality during campus visits and extensive communication with families (including phone calls).

The Vice President for Learner Success and Retention will oversee the offices of learner success (advising), workforce engagement (career services and career mobile lab), student engagement (military, spiritual life, student success & engagement), and the administration of the SIP retention-focused grant (data & interventions) for IWU National and Global. the Dean of Nursing position will provide leadership and direction for all academic offerings in the National & Global Division of Nursing, which is housed in the College of Adult and Professional Studies. As the academic leader, the Dean is tasked to proactively continue to build strong, innovative Christian nursing programs that combines engagement with nursing communities, innovation in learning opportunities, and practice that is rooted in highest professional standards and biblical principles. This innovative and growth-mindset leader will build the school’s enrollment, provide oversight of the development and maintenance of curricula, develop systems and structures to support the programs, courses and academic offerings, advance meaningful partnerships, and supervise associate deans, faculty and staff of the division. Adjunct Faculty, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence Faculty (Part Time or Adjunct) Merrillville, IN, Remote (within United States)
DeVoe School of Business, Technology, and Leadership is seeking Adjunct Faculty with experience teaching graduate courses to international students in both hybrid and online formats. A hybrid/blended course includes a two-day onsite delivery at the Merrillville, IN education center and multi-week online components. Other courses are delivered fully online. We are seeking terminally qualified faculty with at least 18 credit hours of study in Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related course work and relevant industry experience. Applicants without a doctorate but exceptional technology expertise will be considered.
