The Director of Military Engagement will increase enrollment and retention of active duty military and veterans through unique services and support, making IWU the best place for military students to get a Christian online degree. This role will monitor, report on, and develop strategies to support and increase military student retention, graduation rate, enrollment, satisfaction, and belonging for IWU National & Global military aligned students. This includes developing and lead the successful implementation of a rolling 1, 3, and 5 year plan for student success for military students while also developing strong partnerships with university enrollment, chaplains, academic advisors, new student coaches, financial aid, and career advancement teams to increase military student enrollment, retention, and graduation rates. This role will be responsible for developing partnerships with military-related organizations to help increase student enrollment, retention, and career placement of our military students. This position will also support compliance with the Department of Defense Veterans Affairs agencies to support enrollment and financial aid efforts. This role is expected to demonstrate a Christian worldview and uphold the University's Christ-centered mission in interactions with students, faculty, and staff.
Adjunct Professor of Health and Human Performance Faculty (Part Time or Adjunct) Marion, IN
Adjunct faculty are essential to providing a quality academic experience for Indiana Wesleyan University students. Adjuncts will employ a range of engaging teaching strategies designed to foster student learning and stimulate class discussion. Applicants must have appropriate academic or professional experience within the given academic discipline, demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning, and be able to integrate their Christian faith into the classroom content.
Assistant Football Coach Analyst (Part-time) Administrative (Part Time) Marion, IN
Candidate must be highly organized, motivated and proficient at handling a variety of tasks inside the football program. This will include analyzing and breaking down film. This position will report and be assigned film analysis tasks by the head coach.
IT Support Analyst Hourly (Full Time) Marion, IN
The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing advanced technical and computer support for students and employees of Indiana Wesleyan University. Support is provided via multiple modalities: face-to-face in office, face-to-face in the field, phone/voicemail, and email. This position is expected to troubleshoot and document fixes for all incidents escalated to this team. IT Support Analysts are the primary escalation point for the student-staffed IT Support Representatives. Analysts are expected to aid in the development of standard operating procedures to empower the IT Support Representatives to resolve issues on first contact.
