The Chief is expected to lead the research, clinical and educational activities of the Division. We are seeking a candidate who combines proven leadership skills with an outstanding record of academic accomplishment; dedication to excellence in the clinical, research and educational missions; an understanding of the complexity of academic medicine; and the creative vision to expand and maintain a premier Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Applicants must have an MD or equivalent medical degree, current eligibility/certification with the American Board of Internal Medicine and in the specialty of Infectious Diseases. We are particularly interested in candidates with Epidemiology experience in Healthcare Systems and research interests in Infection Control and Healthcare Epidemiology.
