We are looking for Youth Mentors for our exciting new YEF (Youth Endowment Fund) contract.

In this role, you will work primarily within community hubs, providing dedicated one-to-one support to a caseload of women with experience of the criminal justice system.

You’ll support individuals as they transition from prison back into the community covering essential topics such as health and well-being, goal setting, and personal development to help them rebuild their lives.

This role will produce and update high quality clinical core training and guidance material (CTGM) which is held by the DWP, and is for use across benefit assessments, decision making and service excellence.

The Site Coordinator role will support operational delivery through co-ordinating daily site activities, greeting, and directing claimants, and completing any necessary paperwork. This role is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.

The Service Delivery Manager role leads on the delivery of volume, quality, customer service and colleague related measures. They lead a team of Functional Assessors and Site Coordinators to deliver the PIP benefit. The role will have line management responsibilities.
