The Business Administrator undertakes an important liaison role working with both claimants and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), delivering customer service excellence across every aspect of the claimant journey.

Lead clinical governance and risk assurance across HAAS, driving safety, transparency, and continuous improvement. Be the catalyst for change in a high-impact hybrid role.

You will provide tailored careers advice and guidance in custody through both one-to-one sessions and group workshops.

You’ll meet individuals in prison to begin planning their support, tailoring action plans to their specific needs. Post-release, you’ll continue to guide them on their journey.

We’re looking for a dedicated Careers Information Advice and Guidance Advisor to join our team supporting individuals in custody by providing tailored support.

You will provide tailored careers advice and guidance to prisoners through both one-to-one sessions and group workshops.

You will support a caseload of service users that may have been previously released from prison, on a suspended sentence or on community orders, you will be working with pre-release teams, probation and other internal departments to support them on their journey.

Primarily based out of the probation office, you’ll provide information, advice and support to individuals helping them regain control over their finances.

As an Employment Specialist, you will champion a strengths-based approach to employment, prioritising an individual’s potential and working with employers to foster inclusive workplaces where everyone can succeed. This role is about more than just employment—it’s about driving social impact, building confidence, and creating lasting change for individuals and their communities.

Based out of local probation offices and within the prison, you will be meeting with service users to support them with all aspects of their personal wellbeing

The Customer Service Representative role will co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Video Assessment Hub to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.
