Working from various community settings you’ll provide information, advice and support to individuals on probation, helping them regain control over their finances.

As a Site Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for participants and visitors at our hub, playing a key role in creating a warm, safe, and inclusive environment.

You’ll mainly be based out of the probation office and will work with a caseload of individuals to provide advice and support relevant to their housing needs.

As a key member of a dedicated team, you’ll help individuals overcome barriers, build confidence, work towards training or employment and take meaningful steps towards rehabilitation.

The Service Delivery Manager role leads on the delivery of volume, quality, customer service and colleague related measures. They lead a team of Functional Assessors and Site Coordinators to deliver the PIP benefit. The role will have line management responsibilities.

Working Hours: 37.5 per week. Weekdays from 9am-5pm. Full time or Part Time (3 or 4 days) Hybrid; 2/3 days working remotely. Adjusted for part time workers.

Working Hours: 37.5 per week. Weekdays from 9am-5pm. Full time or Part Time (3 or 4 days) Hybrid: 2 days a week working remotely and 3 days in an Assessment Centre. Adjusted for part time workers.
