Based out of local probation offices will be working collaboratively with pre-release teams, probation and other internal departments to support participants on their journey.

You’ll work within the prison delivering 4-week courses to groups of participants to support them on their journey towards release or parole. You’ll help individuals overcome barriers, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward rehabilitation.

Working Hours: 37.5 per week. Weekdays from 9am-5pm. Full time or Part Time (3 or 4 days) Hybrid: 2 days per week working remotely and 3 days in an Assessment Centre. Adjusted for part time workers.

As a Restart Advisor Job Search Coordinator, you will play a transformational role in supporting participants who have been out of work for at least 9 months by empowering individuals towards sustainable employment.
