You will be based from the prison with some cover across probation offices and will work with a caseload of individuals to provide advice and support relevant to their housing needs.

You will be responsible for managing and leading a team ensuring best use of resources to deliver activities on a day-to-day basis within the team. You will oversee the day-to-day delivery of the service, ensuring staff are effectively deployed, supported, and confident in their roles.

You'll mainly work within the prison, providing one-to-one support to a caseload of participants as they prepare for release. You will support them to attend training and placements and services in our community hub.

You will support a caseload of service users that may have been previously released from prison, on a suspended sentence or on community orders. You will be working collaboratively with pre-release teams, probation and other internal departments to support them on their journey.
