Drive engaging face-to-face inductions and accredited TCI training to support employee onboarding, development, and retention within our Child and Family Services teams.

Duties
- Deliver face-to-face inductions and TCI training
- Ensure training meets accreditation standards
- Record and track training in the Learning Hub
- Provide real-time feedback on candidate progression
Skills & Experience
- Qualified TCI Trainer (mandatory)
- Cert IV TAE (completed or studying)
- Strong group facilitation and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel within NSW for training
- Skilled in feedback, problem solving, and continuous improvement
