A postdoctoral fellow is expected to carry out independent and team research within the field in which they are appointed and to carry out activities to develop their research expertise relevant to the particular field of research. This appointee will engage in the development of participatory research methods within a multidisciplinary team of impact-focused researchers working at the intersection of communities, technology, and social innovation. Through the application of Design Thinking, Qualitative Research, and/or Business (process) Analysis the role involves supporting an international consortium of researchers in developing and applying methods for stakeholder engagement in occupational health research, as part of the EU project “Healthy Working Environments for all Ages: An evidence-driven framework (WAge)”
