Care Facilitator [Day Activity Centre] Location :Margaret Drive 29 May 2026
Rainbow Centre envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered, included, and thriving in inclusive communities. Through services delivered across the life course, RC supports individuals to develop skills, independence, and meaningful participation in everyday life—from out-of-school-hours care and education to adult empowerment, therapy, social care, and community integration. The Care Facilitator is a key support role that assists in the delivery of daily activities and routines for persons with disabilities. Working as part of a team, the Care Facilitator provides hands-on support during activities, transitions, and personal care where required, helping to ensure that activities are safe, engaging, and well-organised. Guided by each individual’s Good Life Care Plan, the Care Facilitator provides consistent, individualised support that helps create structured and nurturing environments where clients can participate meaningfully, practise daily living and social skills, and experience positive interactions with peers and staff.
Speech Language Therapist Location :Admiral Hill
We are looking for a Speech Language Therapist to provide high quality therapy and intervention programmes to enable students with special needs to reach the maximum potential and equip staff / caregivers with techniques that will enhance the student’s development.
Assistant Teacher (Special Education) Location :All locations
Join us in building inclusive communities, where persons with disabilities are empowered and thriving! We have current openings for Assistant Teachers in our Special Education Schools. Working under the guidance of trained educators, Assistant Teachers contribute to the quality learning experiences for our students, and support in the curriculum delivery to help our students to acquire valuable skills and knowledge. Assistant Teachers also foster partnerships with parents and participate in the building of a more inclusive community involving various stakeholders, in the endeavour for Good Lives for our students.

Our special schools at Rainbow Centre aim to enable students with disabilities to develop to their fullest potential so that they can achieve their highest level of independence and lead thriving lives. Reporting to the Senior Teacher (ST), the Class Support assists the teaching team in various teaching activities, including supporting students in transitions and their hygiene care needs.
