Rainbow Centre Training and Consultancy advances this mission by building the capabilities of persons with disabilities, caregivers, sector professionals, and partners. The Senior Trainer serves as a subject matter expert in special education and related fields, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to identify learning needs, design, and deliver high-quality competency-based programmes. The role ensures that learning translates into practice and impact, strengthening inclusive education and service ecosystems. Operating across diverse learning environments—from classrooms to community and client sites—and leveraging digital learning platforms, the Senior Trainer plays a pivotal role in shaping sector capability and driving RC’s vision of inclusive futures.
    Senior Executive (Partnership & Community Activation) Location :Margaret Drive
    Rainbow Centre (“RC”) envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered and thriving in inclusive communities. The Advocacy and Community Engagement (“ACE”) team leads the development and coordination of RC’s communications and partnerships to advance our mission. We serve as a channel to amplify our services and programmes, bridge our clients towards stronger acceptance in the community and contribute to progressing the narrative of disability inclusion in Singapore. The Senior Executive, Partnership and Community Activation is responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enhance collaboration with stakeholders, drive community engagement, and promote inclusivity for individuals with disabilities. To this end, the postholder will identify and cultivate partnerships that align with Rainbow Centre's goals, and execute projects pertaining to fundraising and donor, partner and volunteer engagement and management.
    Assistant Teacher Location :All locations
    Join us in building inclusive communities, where persons with disabilities are empowered and thriving! We have current openings for Assistant Teachers in our Special Education Schools. Working under the guidance of trained educators, Assistant Teachers contribute to the quality learning experiences for our students, and support in the curriculum delivery to help our students to acquire valuable skills and knowledge. Assistant Teachers also foster partnerships with parents and participate in the building of a more inclusive community involving various stakeholders, in the endeavour for Good Lives for our students.
    Lead Early Interventionist Location :Yishun Park
    Rainbow Centre envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered and thriving in inclusive communities. The early intervention programme provides educational and therapy support services to support the attainment of developmental skills in young children with disabilities. The Lead Early Interventionist ensures quality administrative and coordinating structures and processes to attain organisational effectiveness in support of student learning and development. The Lead Early Interventionist also ensures that student well-being is attained and enhanced through strong student-related policies and processes, including partnerships with key stakeholders.
    Learning Facilitator (Special Education) Location :All locations
    Reporting to the Senior Teacher (ST) and working under the guidance of the Teacher(s), the Facilitator supports the Teachers to provide quality learning experiences for students and support the best deliverance of the curriculum.
