Provide direct care, education, and counseling, and coordinate on/off campus services for our targeted population. Supervises and instructs paraprofessional clinical/administrative support staff.
➢ Perform and document quality and appropriate health assessment and nursing care to students and the university community.
➢ Provide age-appropriate health education and counseling to students (young adults and non-traditional), individually and/or in a group setting.
➢ Perform and interpret basic laboratory tests, e.g. urinalysis, blood sugar, pregnancy, and other CLIA waive tests as well as participate in proficiency program.
➢ Work with inter/intra agency resources to provide continuity of care/service. Provide appropriate follow-up as indicated.
➢ Work with support staff to carry out established procedures and policies.
➢ Discusses patient's progress and needs with physicians, and staff; assists them with examinations and treatment.
➢ Promotes health and wellness for the prevention and reduction/control of diseases and health problems.
➢ Assist with program planning, development of policies and procedures,
➢ Plan, implement and evaluate students’ care plans.
➢ Communicate and collaborate with others
➢ Maintain and ensure inventory of appropriate medications, and supplies are readily available

This position is an integral member of the enrollment management leadership team and reports to the Vice President for Enrollment Management & Transformation Officer. The Executive Director of Enrollment Management Technology will be a leader within the Division, responsible for a comprehensive workflow and enrollment management operation, across all units associated with the enrollment process, with a commitment to superior internal and external communications and ongoing efficiencies and effectiveness, applying a high degree of organization and attention to detail. The Executive Director of Enrollment Management Technology will develop processes and training manuals, and manage enrollment data, communications flows, and operations through SLATE, the university’s customer relationship management (CRM) tool, and BANNER. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can design technology-supported solutions to implement admissions, recruitment, and financial aid strategies, develop/revise related policies and procedure |
