Adjunct Faculty - English as a Second Language - ESL

The English Department/ESL Program at STLCC is seeking a Districtwide, part time, temporary ESL Adjunct Instructor to begin in Fall 2025 semester. Preference will be given to those with community college experience in teaching English as a second or third language. The desired candidate will have a Master’s degree or higher in TESOL, Linguistics or other related field. The new ESL temporary faculty will have experience teaching academic writing, low intermediate to advanced grammar and English listening and pronunciation skills. The successful candidate will be confident using technology and practice varied teaching techniques. The new temporary adjunct faculty will reach students where they are and guide them to the next level of English in the four skill areas. |

Additionally, you will manage the specification, setup, and maintenance of lab equipment to support practical training environments. |
