The Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and improving processes across the college, in alignment with the Saint Louis Community College Process Framework. The role involves identifying inefficiencies, engaging Process Stewards and subject matter experts, recommending improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions to optimize operational processes and workflows. The Process Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to support the college’s operational and performance processes, ensuring delivery of high-quality education and services to students, faculty, and employees.

An Online Adjunct Instructor is responsible for teaching contracted course(s) in accordance with St. Louis Community College (STLCC) curriculum requirements and meeting STLCC Standards and Mission. In addition, the Online Adjunct Instructor is contracted to teach and facilitate a meaningful learning experience of the course competencies in the curriculum, proactively supporting all facets of STLCC mission, and working with key members of the academic team to support student success. College Prep Supervisor

The Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the College Prep program on the Forest Park campus. Responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling, training, and supervising tutors, and promoting the program through internal and external presentations. Collaborating closely with the District Manager, this role will also involve policy implementation. Additionally, the Supervisor will serve as a tutor in one of the core subject areas (Math, Reading, and/or English), directly assisting students with onboarding, evaluation, tutoring, and program completion. Furthermore, the Supervisor will advocate for underprepared/underrepresented student populations and collaborate with faculty to enhance student readiness for college-level coursework in math, reading, and English. |

Performs administrative duties necessary to ensure exceptional student services and supports a diverse range of TRIO program events at the campus level. Additionally, TRIO Advisors plan and implement cultural enrichment activities, college tours, workshops, and other programming that increases student retention, graduation and success. |
