District-wide Support Technician I District-Wide
Under general supervision, in a 12/5 in-bound call center and walk up support environment, Support Technician I will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. The position requires providing direct technical customer support via telephone, chat, email, remote tools, or in-person at walk up desk locations. Including, but are not limited to, resolving authentication problems, basic software support, verifying proper hardware and software set-up, power cycling, navigating college applications, print related issues, and troubleshooting email issues. Support will be provided in a user-friendly, professional manner. Technicians will perform other related work as required. Please note the walk up locations are on the Flo Valley, Forest Park, and Meramec campuses.
Healthcare Instructor - Nursing Assistant Training Forest Park Campus
Workforce Solutions Group (WSG) division is in need of a Part-time Instructor to instruct course material related to the Patient Care Technician healthcare training program. Instructional hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm and include lecture and skills lab instruction. Instructors hours are flexible and can vary from 8 hours to 30 hours weekly. Training occurs at all locations including Corporate College, Forest Park, and William J. Harrison Education Center.

Workforce Solutions Group (WSG) division is in need of part-time Medical Assistant instructors to prepare existing and new employees for certified Medical Assistant roles in local health organizations. Instructional hours for day instructors are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm and include lecture and skills lab instruction. Instructors hours are flexible and can vary from 8 hours to 30 hours weekly. Training occurs at all locations including Corporate College, Forest Park, and William J. Harrison Education Center. Evening instructors work virtually two evenings per week and one Saturday monthly. Hours vary from 8 to 16 hours weekly.

Federal Work Study District-Wide
This is a District wide position- As a Federal work-study student you will be in a supportive role providing assistance as needed depending on the assigned department. These jobs are considered financial assistance and have limited funding. Students who have not completed the FAFSA and enrolled cannot be reviewed for eligibility or placement. Eligible candidates will be hired on a first-come first serve basis and requires all documentation listed on Banner Self-Service be turned into financial aid. There are a variety of departments to choose within the college.

The primary focus of this position is to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals using our pool facilities. Duties include enforcing pool rules and regulations, promptly responding to emergencies, screening participants, and collaborating with a team of lifeguards during special events.
College Police Officer District-Wide
The work of the commissioned police officer involves responsibility for the protection of life and property, prevention of crime, apprehension of criminals and the general enforcement of laws, ordinances, and College policies. Duties normally consist of routine patrol, preliminary investigation, and traffic regulation. Police officers also may be assigned duties as training officers. Work involves an element of personal danger. The employee must be able to exercise sound independent judgment under stress. Assignments may include work on special tasks, which call upon specialized abilities and knowledge possessed by the officer. Work assignments can be general or specific and instructions are received from a supervisor who reviews work methods and results through reports, personal inspection, and discussion.
