Adjunct Faculty - Nursing Division District-Wide
This posting is for a pool of applicants for potential adjunct nursing faculty assignments (in both/either the AAS in Nursing and Practical Nursing Certificate Programs) for the 2025-26 Academic Year. Selected adjuncts may be offered assignments at any of our 4 campus locations for the ADN in Nursing program OR the LPN certificate program at our South County Education Center location.
Adult Education and Literacy Instructor Forest Park Campus
Provide basic skill instruction in the areas of reading, math and language for ABE instructors or English language-acquisition in the areas of reading, writing, listening, and speaking for ESL instructors. The instruction in each subject will be based upon required standardized testing which identifies skills to remediate. After sufficient remediation, the student is tested to measure progress.
General Maintenance Mechanic Meramec Campus
Performs duties necessary to provide daily maintenance of the interior and exterior of campus buildings; repairs lighting and electrical systems on roadways or walkways; builds cabinets, countertops, etc.; completes supply order forms; sets up equipment for classes.
Professional Tutor - ESL District-Wide, Forest Park Campus
*This is an "as needed" position. We are currently gathering applications for potential future openings and will reach out to qualified candidates as opportunities arise throughout the year Assist students in achieving educational goals by providing individual and small group tutoring sessions in academic writing and reading comprehension, English grammar, and listening comprehension. Integrate sessions with study and learning strategies to promote learning. Facilitate learning by building rapport with students as an academic coach or mentor; may assist with creation/development of activities, workshops, and supplemental materials; including, but not limited to, handouts, study guides, and tip sheets to use with students. Other job-related duties as assigned.
Student Worker (Information Technology) Wildwood Campus
The IT student worker will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. The position requires providing direct technical customer support via telephone, chat, email, remote tools, or in person. Including, but are not limited to, resolving authentication problems, basic software support, verifying proper hardware and software set-up, power cycling, navigating college applications, print related issues, and troubleshooting email issues. Support will be provided in a user-friendly, professional manner.
