STLCC is in search of DAY time adjunct faculty to teach introductory and college-level composition, creative writing, and/or literature courses. This posting is to create a STLCC District Wide pool of applicants for potential openings for various academic semesters throughout the year. We are primarily searching for adjunct faculty to teach face to face daytime classes on campus. However, with additional required training, there may be future opportunities to teach Online, Hybrid and Live Virtual Lecture courses. |

| An Adjunct Instructor is responsible for teaching contracted course(s) in accordance with St. Louis Community College (STLCC) curriculum requirements and meeting STLCC Standards and Mission. In addition, the Adjunct Instructor is contracted to teach and facilitate a meaningful learning experience of the course competencies in the curriculum, proactively supporting all facets of STLCC mission, and working with key members of the academic team to support student success. An Adjunct Instructor is responsible for fostering and encouraging a culture of learning through appropriate delivery methods. |
