Educational Assistant I Florissant Valley Campus
Seeking an individual to serve as a peer mentor and outreach specialist to a minority group of Deaf and hard of hearing students enrolled in the Career and Technical Education programs offered at STLCC.
Educational Assistant II - Access Office District-Wide, Meramec Campus
Participates in designing, delivering, evaluating and improving services to students and faculty in support of the learning programs of the College.
Post Secondary Interpreter (I, II, or III) District-Wide
Interpret in American Sign Language and other sign language modes as required by individual students, and facilitate communication between faculty, staff, and students. There are 3 levels of Interpreter: I Basic, II Advanced, III Master. Placement will be based on Missouri Interpreter Certification. See Required Qualifications for more information.

Professional Tutor - Writing Center District-Wide
Assist students with writing assignments through one-on-one tutoring sessions in the College Writing Center and online.
Professional Tutor - Reading Florissant Valley Campus
Assist students with Reading and assignments through one-on-one tutoring sessions in the College. The Professional Tutor in Reading will be a Reading Specialist at the secondary level.
Upward Bound Facilitator Forest Park Campus
Upward Bound Facilitators provide guidance, instruction, and support for supplemental high school academic sessions. These academic sessions include work in math, (algebra, advanced algebra, geometry, and pre-calculus), English (grammar, literature, and college writing), science (physics, chemistry, and Biology I and II), and/or foreign language (Spanish, Latin, and French). Upward Bound Facilitators provide Saturday sessions during the academic year to support the participants’ engagement, learning, and understanding of academic content through project-based learning and collaborative assignments. Upward Bound facilitators are responsible for ensuring a multicultural perspective in all elements of the instruction and content delivered.
Professional Tutor - ESL District-Wide, Forest Park Campus
Assist students in achieving educational goals by providing individual and small group tutoring sessions in academic writing and reading comprehension, English grammar, and listening comprehension. Integrate sessions with study and learning strategies to promote learning. Facilitate learning by building rapport with students as an academic coach or mentor; may assist with creation/development of activities, workshops, and supplemental materials; including, but not limited to, handouts, study guides, and tip sheets to use with students. Other job-related duties as assigned.
Associate Tutor District-Wide, Meramec Campus
Empowers students to reach academic goals by helping them conceptualize or clarify course content and teaching them effective study skills. Session interactions may be one-on-one or small groups and may be conducted on-campus, online, or both. Provides mentoring and supervision to peer tutors.
Professional Tutor - Math District-Wide
Assists students in achieving educational goals by providing individual, small group, and embedded tutoring support in mathematics courses; integrates study and learning strategies to promote learning. Maintains order in tutoring environment and manages peer tutors in absence of supervisor. Creates supplemental materials including but not limited to handouts, study guides, and tip sheets for math center staff to use with students. Other job-related duties as assigned.

Student Services Assistant I/Biotechnology Student Workplace Learning Florissant Valley Campus
This workplace-based requirement of the Biotechnology AAS program provides the opportunity to apply theory and skills learned in the classroom, learn new skills, and explore career possibilities while supervised by a professional in the field and a faculty member. This position is to collect a pool of applications for Biotechnology Workplace Learning. The actual work location will depend upon the industry placement.
