About the role:

We have an opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our South Australia team based in Thebarton and managing our Repairs sales portfolio. Reporting to the Repairs Sales Manager you will be working in collaboration with the operations teams to deliver and ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to our clients across the business. A key focus is building a pipeline of service sales to meet business development and portfolio development targets.

The Package:

  • OTE $170k upwards
  • up to $90k base + 11% Super + Comms
  • Vehicle allowance $17,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationships selling to existing contracted customers
  • Preparation and submission of tenders
  • Contract negotiations
  • Understanding market conditions to identify opportunities to promote Schindler services

Desirable for the role:

  • A track record in delivering consistent outstanding performance with a strong sales pipeline
  • Exposure to selling technical products and services to property management companies, strata corporations and building owners
  • Experience in contract management, negotiation, and compliance
  • Excellent leadership and client relationship-building skills with the ability to build long term relationships with customers, key influencers and industry experts
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • A current driver's license
