About the role:

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Fulfilment Manager to join our company in our low-rise business. Reporting to the Head of Fulfilment – NI & Mods, this role is based in our Head Office in Sydney. The main function of the Modernisation Fulfillment Manager is to identify, communicate and implement best practice processes and methods for the Modernisation division nationally.

The successful candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong leadership, business management, and communication skills. This role will be ideally suited to an experienced Construction / Operations Manager who has experience working at a national level.

To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Lift, Construction, HVAC, Fire, Security, Electrical or similar industries.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Identifying processes & tools for the Modernisation Product Lines nationally

  • Document, implement and roll-out new / existing processes & tools nationally

  • Ensure training & development programs are conducted at all levels nationally

  • Ensure quality and safety requirements are built into all processes

  • Drive uptake by internal stakeholders and ensure compliance to defined processes

Requirements for the role:

  • Experienced working as a Construction Manager / Operations Manager or a highly experienced Project Manager looking to step up, within the Lift, Construction, HVAC, Fire, Security, Electrical or similar industries.

  • A strong technical background with the ability to ensure understanding and adherence of procedures from an audience of varied skill levels

  • The ability to initiate and drive efficiency improvements across our national operation teams

  • A solid understanding of project management skills and their application within the construction industry

  • Cost management techniques and P&L fundamentals

  • Degree, diploma or trade qualification in electrical, mechanical, engineering or business discipline, highly desirable.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate this information into process methodologies.

  • Self-starter with proven ability to prioritise/ manage own activities and attention to detail
