About The Role

As the Service Director, you will take end-to-end accountability for service delivery, ensuring strong operational, financial, and customer outcomes. You will lead high performing teams, manage complex contractual environments, drive continuous improvement, innovation and renewal positioning.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of contracted services, ensuring strong operational and commercial performance.
- Commercial acumen, including profitability ownership and risk management.
- Plan and prioritise service activities in line with customer and business strategy.
- Build trusted customer relationships, drive high service satisfaction and be a key partner to senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and connection across the business and with industry.
- Lead, develop, and engage high performing teams supporting growth.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Enterprise scale managed services delivery, with accountability for performance and outcomes.
- Commercial acumen, including profitability ownership, financial management and risk control.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationships across senior stakeholders.
- Experience driving service improvement and transformation.
- Demonstrated leadership of large, multi-disciplinary teams, with a focus on engagement and capability growth.
- Experience operating in complex contractual environments, ensuring delivery against agreed obligations.
