The Export Control Officer is responsible for ensuring UToledo's compliance with export control laws and regulations. This position will manage a university-wide export control program, including policies and procedures, training, and monitoring. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding export control matters and work collaboratively with various departments to mitigate export control risks, review export control terms in agreements, and promote a culture of compliance.

Under minimal supervision, the Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Graduate medical Education (GME) Office. Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, coordinating activities, providing transcription and meeting minutes, arranging meetings and conferences, and additional administrative support as required. The Administrative Assistant will assist the GME Director, GME Program Manager, and Associate Dean for GME with the day-to-day operations of the GME Office. This position positively impacts the Institution in helping the Graduate Medical Education Office maintain program accreditation and ensuring appropriate documentation is in place for residents, programs, and the GME Office. The Administrative Assistant facilitates GME Office activities to support business and academic ventures internally and externally.

The Carlson Library is seeking Safety Monitors that are responsible for helping maintain safety within Carlson Library. Specific duties will include monitoring the floors to ensure a safe environment for our students; aid in emergency situations such as evacuations, medical emergencies, thefts, etc.; keep Library staff informed of security concerns; file incident reports; aid in nightly closing procedures, ensuring all patrons have vacated and the building is secured.
