This position provides the liaison and training to students, physicians, nurses, staff, faculty, and other healthcare disciplines that are necessary to forward the incorporation of clinical simulation into the curriculum of health professionals. Liaison for the development of industry projects and relationships. This position also helps faculty innovate, design and implement a simulation curriculum for multiple disciplines. Conducts regular evaluations and critiques of programs, soliciting recommendations from both internal and external customers. Manages and leads in program development of new systems, applications, software conversions and upgrades. Creates innovative solutions to forward the teaching and research using clinical simulation and identifies opportunities for technology improvement and curriculum integration. Participates and support research activities that focus on educational and clinical outcomes.
