The Clinical Pharmacist-Solid Organ Transplant at The University of Toledo Medical Center (UTMC) works closely within the multidisciplinary team as the medication expert aiding in managing the complex pharmacotherapy regimens of solid organ transplant recipients in both the acute care and ambulatory care settings. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care as it pertains to drug therapy, facilitating transitions of care, as well as precepting and providing education to students, residents, pharmacists, and other health care professionals.

The College of Health and Human Services, School of Nursing, is seeking an individual with broad-based expertise to teach medical-surgical content at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Applicant must hold a terminal degree in nursing or related field (PhD, DNP, EdD). If the terminal degree is not in nursing, the master’s degree or bachelor’s degree must be in nursing from an accredited program. Applicant that is all but dissertation will be considered.
