This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining institutional and program-level compliance with Accreditation Counsil for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements. This role serves as a subject-matter expert for Program Letters of Agreement (PLA), oversight of ACGME non-standard training programs, coordination and support of special reviews, and manages the analysis and reporting of Graduate Medical Education (GME) data, including preparation of annual reports and leadership-requested summaries to support accreditation and program oversight. This position facilitates the review of program goals and objectives and ensures that GME and program policies are current and aligned with accreditation standards. This position also works closely with program leadership, faculty, and institutional stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation, timely reporting, and continuous accreditation readiness.

he primary purpose of this position is to promote the advancement of the education of health professionals in an advanced interdisciplinary, immersive clinical simulation center. The center incorporates three levels of advanced medical simulation models, including low, medium, and high fidelity including: human patient simulators, surgical simulation, minimally invasive surgical simulation, progressive anatomy environment, and 3-D and virtual reality simulation. This position provides the liaison and training to students, physicians, nurses, staff, faculty, and other healthcare disciplines that are necessary to forward the incorporation of clinical simulation into the curriculum of health professionals. Liaison for the development of industry projects and relationships. This position also helps faculty innovate, design and implement a simulation curriculum for multiple disciplines. Conducts regular evaluations and critiques of programs, soliciting recommendations from both internal and external customers. Manages and leads in program development of new systems, applications, software conversions and upgrades. Creates innovative solutions to forward the teaching and research using clinical simulation and identifies opportunities for technology improvement and curriculum integration. Participates and support research activities that focus on educational and clinical outcomes.
