Facilities Project Manager

| Reporting to the Assistant Director of PD&C, the Project Manager is responsible for management of projects ranging in construction value from $30,000 to $1M. The Project Manager facilitates and coordinates the design process (Concept, SD, DD, and CD) drawings, and coordinates the specialty consultants and general contractor. Drafts contracts, change orders, add services and RFPs for general contractors, subcontractors, consulting engineers and construction management. Monitors the work to ensure it complies with the construction documents, specifications, schedule, and agreed budget. Performs day-to-day site reviews and responds to questions from the field. |

| Reporting to the Associate Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer, the Director, Associate for HR Benefits is responsible for directing and managing all aspects of the College’s employee benefits, retirement, leave of absence and workers’ compensation programs, inclusive of faculty retirement incentive plans, and various tuition assistance programs. Presents benefits analysis to a variety of constituencies. Serves as a member of the College’s TIAA/CREF Investment Committee. Ensures compliance with local, State and Federal statutory regulations. |

HR Benefits Systems Analyst

| Reporting to the Associate Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer, the Benefits Systems Analyst, is responsible for administering and maintaining the College’s employee benefits data feeds between the benefits platform and external vendors, with a focus on automation, testing, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy. The Benefits Systems Analyst will conduct audits to identify system bugs and data discrepancies. Evaluates and helps optimize the benefits platform user experience, including retirement enrollment, leave of absence and workers’ compensation data collection process. Prepares and presents benefits data analysis to a variety of constituencies. The Benefits Systems Analyst will support compliance with local, state and federal regulations and participates in benefit activities, including TIAA/CREF Investment Committee. |

Campus Safety Officer

| Reporting to a Campus Safety Sergeant or Corporal, Campus Safety officers are the main workforce of the Occidental Campus Safety Department and are responsible for performing a wide variety of campus safety functions. Performs high visibility vehicle and foot patrols on campus, at adjacent rental homes, and at sorority/ fraternity houses to discourage and apprehend lawbreakers, and to deter crime. |

Maintains areas of buildings in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition. Provides information and otherwise assists students, faculty, and the public using campus facilities. |
