You will assist employees with claim issues, plan changes, and status updates. Your responsibilities will include the management of the Employee Assistance Program, wellness program, and the Healthy by Design inbox. Additionally, you will support the wellness nutritionist with all projects, challenges, and initiatives. Other duties involve efficiently handling benefit inquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with the Affordable Care Act, and managing ancillary health plans. You will also work with department leaders to interpret the implications of FMLA and ADA related to absences and disabilities and collaborate with employee performance and success managers on accommodations. |
