| As an executive director of student success, you will develop a thriving program and collaborate with multiple departments, including athletics, student success and advising, mental health services, disability services, university recreation, community standards, and SCADhome. SCADhome responsibilities include strategic leadership and operational oversight of the programs’ hospitality, fitness, recreation, intramural, and student media divisions. You will also assist with logistical and operational planning for SCADhome and SCAD dining services programs. Additionally, you will supervise weekly meetings with department directors to review progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with institutional goals. Other responsibilities include contributing to the development and implementation of departmental goals, budgets, and assessment activities, and representing the university during orientation programs, admissions events, and other student- and family-focused initiatives. |
