Community Standards Coordinator	Savannah	16 Dec 2024
As the coordinator, you will be responsible for investigating complaints and reports regarding potential student conduct policy violations, adjudicating low-level cases for off-campus and on-campus students who violate lesser college policies as listed in the student handbook or other college policies, and consulting with the office of community standards leaders to determine sanctions for students found responsible for violating policies. The individual in this role must be able to counsel individual students regarding their rights and responsibilities, serve on the on-call rotation to respond to emergencies, provide guidance in crisis situations, mediate non-roommate student conflicts, and outreach to students with concerns/conflicts. Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in a related field At least one year of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications: Residence life or student disciplinary in higher education experience Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings. SCADhome Housing Operations Facility Coordinator	Savannah	27 Sep 2024
As the housing operations facility coordinator, you will maintain a clean and safe environment in our residential communities, manage and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner, and serve in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency issues. In this position you will act as a liaison between SCADhome housing operations and physical resources; work with student employees to facilitate health and safety inspections; and support opening, closing, and room change processes each quarter. The main objective in this role is to provide exceptional customer service, oversee a facility portfolio that includes at least three residential complexes daily, secure oversight of master building and other facility access cards, and serve as a liaison between residential students and physical resources. Responsibilities will include diagnosing and performing minor and routine maintenance, enforcing the Housing License Agreement, managing facility data with the StarRez platform, and coordinating small facility projects. As the coordinator you will oversee regular quality inspections such as fire drills and provide ancillary facilities-specific services such as building access accommodations to support events. In the position you are responsible for providing guidance, training, and development to staff regarding housing operations processes and will be expected to provide recommendations to the director of housing operations on all opportunities, improvements, and innovations for residence life and housing. Minimum Qualifications:  High school diploma or GED Excellent customer service and project management skills The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Construction management or facilities background Travel required: Less than 10% Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Employee Development Content Creator	Savannah
As the content creator, you must stay up to date on learning and development best practices to inform the creation and advancement of employee development resources. In this position you will be given the opportunity to teach with prior approval, optimize and edit video content for training use, utilize graphic design tools to create custom visuals and infographics for training materials, and manage video production projects.
Student Center Evening Coordinator	Savannah	27 Sep 2024
This position provides physical resources and student programming support for the student center between Wednesday through Sunday each week. The student center is open to serve as common area with games, formal event space, computer lab with study areas and eSports area for SCAD students. The Student Center Evening Coordinator will work with the Student Center Manager to review weekly events and ensure the continual operations of the building during peak usage times while serving as a professional staff member on site for building operations.
Exhibitions Coordinator	Savannah
As the exhibitions coordinator, you will assist with on-the-ground project management for exhibitions, which includes researching, ordering, and arranging the delivery of installation materials and supplies. Responsibilities include securing approval for artist technicians and then arranging their domestic travel itineraries; problem solving for exhibition installation solutions, storage issues, and exhibition flip navigation; and maintaining the inventory of all related cleaning supplies, reordering when needed. In this position you will arrange building access for contractors and shippers, collect and deliver exhibition project item samples, reconcile payments for production components, and liaise with with production/AV companies for installation.
