You will forward qualified candidates to supervisors; extend formal offers of employment; initiate paperwork for new hires; maintain confidentiality of all human resources information before, during, and after the entire recruiting hiring process; and maintain applicant files for reference and retention purposes.

As an events operations manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the events department under the direction of the executive director, ensuring accurate and measurable outcomes, data, and results are achieved and ready for use in the SCAD President's Report. You will certify that all events have measurable outcomes as you work closely with event planners to create targeted goals, follow up to confirm data accuracy, and submit surveys for university signature events to determine if goals were achieved.
