As a pastry chef de partie, you will order ingredients and supplies for the bakery in accordance with SCAD standards. You will work closely with Gryphon staff and leadership on daily operations, as well as with the general manager and chef de cuisine on catering events. Responsibilities include the development and modification of a dessert menu, the creation and preparation of all pastries, and the organization of ingredients in the kitchen. You will also remain current on pastry arts and ingredients. Among other duties, you will train and manage full-time bakery staff, follow all Department of Health standards to keep the kitchen clean at all times, and perform various administrative tasks (e.g. the completion of annual evaluations, timesheets, inventory orders, inventory, etc.).
Head Coach, eSports (Overwatch)	Atlanta
As an esports head coach, you will train members of the Overwatch team on current techniques and strategies. You will recruit talented team members who fit the program and align with the university’s values, while promoting retention strategies that help them graduate in four years and pursue rewarding careers.
