Community Standards Coordinator Savannah
As the coordinator, you will be responsible for investigating complaints and reports regarding potential student conduct policy violations, adjudicating low-level cases for off-campus and on-campus students who violate lesser college policies as listed in the student handbook or other college policies, and consulting with the office of community standards leaders to determine sanctions for students found responsible for violating policies. The individual in this role must be able to counsel individual students regarding their rights and responsibilities, serve on the on-call rotation to respond to emergencies, provide guidance in crisis situations, mediate non-roommate student conflicts, and outreach to students with concerns/conflicts. SCADhome Housing Operations Facility Coordinator Savannah
As the housing operations facility coordinator, you will maintain a clean and safe environment in our residential communities, manage and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner, and serve in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency issues. In this position you will act as a liaison between SCADhome housing operations and physical resources; work with student employees to facilitate health and safety inspections; and support opening, closing, and room change processes each quarter. The main objective in this role is to provide exceptional customer service, oversee a facility portfolio that includes at least three residential complexes daily, secure oversight of master building and other facility access cards, and serve as a liaison between residential students and physical resources. Responsibilities will include diagnosing and performing minor and routine maintenance, enforcing the Housing License Agreement, managing facility data with the StarRez platform, and coordinating small facility projects. As the coordinator you will oversee regular quality inspections such as fire drills and provide ancillary facilities-specific services such as building access accommodations to support events. In the position you are responsible for providing guidance, training, and development to staff regarding housing operations processes and will be expected to provide recommendations to the director of housing operations on all opportunities, improvements, and innovations for residence life and housing. Employee Development Content Creator Savannah
