In the School of Engineering, the engineering Programs are seeking part-time lecturers to assume responsibilities in teaching various undergraduate courses in Construction Management, Product Design, Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Hydraulics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Environmental Engineering.
Part Time Lecturer (School of Engineering)	Ypsilanti
This position is for Part Time Lecturer Position for the ME, MET, EECE, CEET, CIVE, and PDET programs in the School of Engineering for Summer/Fall 2026. It will require in-person/ online teaching. Teaching may include a number of particular obligations that employees are expected to fulfill, including but not limited to in-person meetings with students, assessing student work and performance, assessment as required for ABET accreditation, preparing syllabus and course materials, providing copies of syllabus and course materials to their supervisor on request and assigning and submitting grades in accordance with established Eastern Michigan University schedules and policies.
Staff Graduate Assistant - MSHROD China	Ypsilanti
The scope of work potentially includes but is not limited to assisting with translations and communications with EMU partners in China, working with faculty in the EMU Management Department on their pedagogical and research activities pertaining to the MSHROD China program, and other office support type activities. The Graduate Assistant receives a stipend and a tuition waiver.
Graduate Assistant Orientation (SOAR)	Ypsilanti
The Orientation Graduate Assistant for SOAR (Student Orientation Advising & Registration) supports the Coordinator of Orientation and Transition Programs in planning and implementing events and programs. This position is set for 20 hours/week. The position will being in May at a summer hourly rate of $16/hour and transition to stipend pay for Fall/Winter semesters at $5,200/semester.
Graduate Assistant - Board of Regents	Ypsilanti
The Board of Regents Office at Eastern Michigan University is looking to hire a full-time (20 hr./week) Work Study Graduate Assistant. In this role, the applicant will be assisting the Vice President and Secretary to the Board of Regents and members of the Board. Responsibilities for this position will include preparation for Regents meetings, website updates, event planning, assistance with managing the undergraduate student staff, budgeting work, and more.
