| The Case Manager coordinates campus support systems and resources to implement a plan of care for students in need, and oversees the case management program for sensitive student problems. Serving as a member of the Student Intervention Team (SIT), the Case Manager assists the SIT Chair with overall case management by triage referrals, coordinating interventions, tracking students' completion of recommendations. This person works closely with other campus resource providers, clinicians, student affairs and academic units, and community support systems in coordinating a response that balances the needs of individual students with the safety and welfare of the University community. |
