| Advises assigned students for the purpose of assisting them in establishing plans and goals. Provides onboarding services to assist with required petitions, transfer credits, and course scheduling. Assists with graduation clearance process for assigned students. Reports to Associate Dean and works closely with other college advisors Dean to learn curriculum of relevant departments and assist and track curricular processes and changes. Utilizes university resources such as DegreeWorks, Advising 360, Banner, and Slate to process information and keep timely and accurate records. Interacts with students through meetings, phone, and/or email to troubleshoot or problem solve advising and retention challenges. |

| The EKU Honors Program Graduate Assistant position is a standard 20 hour/week GA position, with possibility of renewal for up to a maximum of four semesters. This position reports to the assistant director of the honors program. This position is available beginning Fall 2025. |

| The NOVA Student Office Assistant will serve as an office administrator, operating as the first and last point of contact for all students who enter the NOVA Office. Office Assistant will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment for all students and visiting faculty/staff, as well as for providing basic administrative tasks such as filing, phone management, and event planning. |
