The Assistant Director plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of philanthropy by cultivating meaningful relationships with donors, ensuring consistent and impactful communication, and leveraging innovative approaches to engage and retain supporters.
In collaboration with the digital fundraising specialist, the Assistant Director aligns the creative vision for each year's campaigns, ensuring that all materials resonate with the target audience and reflect the university's mission and values. |
