| This is a position for current students who are passionate about tutoring student-athletes in various courses offered at EKU. Students employed in this position are responsible for ensuring the ongoing success of the program by serving as a learning resource for our student athletes and representing the Bratzke Center in a professional manner.

| The Director of Housing Operations is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive university housing operation, with a primary focus on driving business innovation through data systems and . The incumbent provides leadership for developing responsible, effective, and ethical business practices while overseeing the daily operation of the operations portion of the housing portfolio. The Director of Operations works closely with the Director of Residence Life to ensure all efforts of Housing & Residence Life are cohesive and efficient. Actively serving as the leader of administration, facilities, and technology for the department, the Director spearheads innovation across all housing operational functions. This role leads facilitation and liaises with campus partners on advanced systems configurations, workflow automations, and integrations. Creating data-driven assessments and reports, the Director works to optimize occupancy, streamline central office processes, and inform institutional decision-making. |
