The successful candidate(s) will teach classes at the Richmond, KY campus to a maximum of 9 credit hours per semester, on an as-needed basis.
A Master of Science (MS) Degree is required in Technology, Technology Management, Cyber Systems, Computer Electronics, Engineering, Computer/Management Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 18 credit hours in the target field, at the graduate level. The Foundation Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the compliant, efficient, and systematic awarding of endowment and donor-funded operational and scholarship funds. This role is focused on managing Memoranda of Agreements (MOA) for endowed and donor awards, ensuring the criteria are measurable, can be automated in financial systems, and are adhered to for awarding.
The analyst will collaborate with Academic Affairs, Finance, Student Success, the Development Office, and University Counsel to ensure that funds are distributed in accordance with donor intent, legal requirements, and institutional policies.
Strong technical and analytical skills are critical to automate the awarding processes while maintaining compliance with complex donor agreements.
