Director, Residence Life Richmond Campus
The Director of Residence Life is responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the EKU Housing Residence Life program. They provide leadership for developing an effective community and student development program within EKU’s 12 residence halls which can house approximately 4,900 students.
Part-Time Secondary Instructors, Dept. Chemistry and Forensic Science Richmond Campus
The Department of Chemistry and Forensic Science at EKU is seeking part-time Secondary Instructors to work with program faculty, assisting in teaching undergraduate lectures and laboratories. Appointments will begin this Spring 2026 semester, with options to renew on a semester-to-semester basis, as available. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline, or hold a bachelor's degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in Chemistry or a related discipline. Degree(s) must be from a regionally (SACS, Middle States, North Central, etc.) accredited or internationally recognized institution.
Graduate Assistant - Computer Science & Information Technology Richmond Campus
Graduate teaching assistants assist in maintaining computer labs, provide in-class assistance and tutoring to undergraduate students, and grade course assignments related to computer concepts and/or programming.
Bursar Richmond Campus
The Bursar provides strategic leadership and oversight for the institution’s student accounts and cashiering operations, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of all tuition, fee, and related financial transactions. This position plays a vital role in supporting the University’s administrative and student service functions through the timely and accurate billing, collection, and reconciliation of student accounts. The Bursar is responsible for managing tuition and fee assessments, approving account adjustments, processing student refunds, and overseeing the receipt and disbursement of institutional and financial aid funds. The incumbent ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and institutional regulations, including reporting and audit requirements, and maintains robust internal controls to safeguard institutional assets. As the institutional expert on student account policies and procedures, the Bursar provides guidance to students, families, and campus stakeholders. This position collaborates closely with offices such as Financial Aid, Registrar, and Finance to resolve complex account issues, enhance business processes, and promote a positive student experience. The Bursar also supervises departmental staff, manages the operation and maintenance of student financial systems, and prepares reports to support financial planning and decision-making. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to implement process improvements that strengthen the institution’s administrative and financial operations.
Coordinator, Administrative Richmond Campus
The Department of Engineering and Technology at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky is accepting applications for the full-time staff position of Administrative Coordinator, effective immediately, serving as the central administrative hub for the Department of Engineering and Technology, providing proactive and professional support to the Department. Candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel, and functional experience with internet proficiency, database navigation, and purchasing platforms. This position requires a minimum of bachelor's degree from a nationally recognized accredited four (4) year college or university, and one year of responsible clerical, customer service, secretarial, and/or administrative support experience.
