The Women and Gender Studies program at Eastern Kentucky University invites applications for a part-time faculty position to teach courses in Women and Gender Studies.
The WGS Part-Time Instructor will lead or facilitate instruction for courses that may include, but are not limited to, WGS 201: Introduction to Women and Gender Studies. Instruction may be online or in-person, depending on program needs. Applicants should specify in their cover letter if they are only available to teach in one format. Applicants should have at least 18 hours in a related graduate degree. Candidate must have a Master's degree and a Ph.D. is preferred. |
Group Fitness Instructor

A group fitness instructor will lead weekly group fitness classes in multiple formats. They must be willing to participate in Campus Recreation special events, sub for other instructors as needed, or lead private classes as requested. Instructors will have the opportunity to be creative, and must be willing to learn and able to work autonomously under little direct supervision. Instructors are responsible for the well-being of their class members and must be willing to interact socially with participants, making them feel welcome. |

Part Time Secondary Instructor in Physics

The Department of Physics, Geosciences, and Astronomy at Eastern Kentucky University invites applications for part-time Secondary Instructors in Physics to work with program faculty assisting in teaching undergraduate lectures and laboratories in Physics, at the Richmond, Kentucky campus. Appointments will begin this Fall 2025 semester, with options to renew on a semester-to-semester basis. Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in the teaching (or related) discipline, or hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in the teaching (or related) discipline. |
