Online Course Facilitator - Dep't of Government Remote Opportunities
The Eastern Kentucky University Department of Government is accepting applications for an adjunct faculty position/online course facilitator in Political Science. Successful candidates will teach/facilitate courses in American Government, International Politics and other Political Science subfields . These courses will be taught entirely online using the Canvas learning management system. A Masters Degree or higher is required for this position. Previous undergraduate teaching experience, especially in online learning settings, is preferred. The University places a high priority on being leaders in the responsible use of artificial intelligence and in building such capacity in our students. The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge of artificial intelligence pertinent to the discipline and/or a willingness to pursue professional development to acquire such expertise.

A minimum of a Master's Degree is required in Technology, Technology Management, Cyber Systems, Computer Electronics, Engineering, Computer/Management Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 18 graduate credit hours earned in the discipline. Degree(s) must be from a regionally (SACS, Middle States, North Central, etc.) accredited and recognized institution.
