An Agriculture Technician performs a variety of tasks to support the Meadowbrook Farm agricultural science program and the multiple enterprises managed by EKU Farms. The position is responsible for more technical or complex tasks such as, but not limited to: agriculture laboratory procedures using a variety of laboratory equipment for field study, stock experiments, preparation of samples for laboratory analysis, maintenance of production experiments records, maintenance and operation of farm equipment, documents crop and weather conditions and recommends timing for planting, cultivation, and harvesting, and is responsible for more complex animal husbandry duties, such as overseeing animal birthing/delivery and handling semen collection/breeding. The Agriculture Technician may also train other staff members on farm-related tasks and is expected to work in various climates both inside and/or outside. |

Seeking a detail oriented Assistant Director with a strong work ethic to assist with coordination of the academic support services offered to student-athletes by the Chad Bratzke Student-Athlete Academic Success Center( SAAS), including, but not limited to, academic advising, tutoring, study lab, computer lab, and “at-risk” student-athlete monitoring with the goal of helping student-athletes remain academically eligible to compete, be retained, and ultimately graduate from EKU. Will serve as athletic advisor for entire Football team. |

This position is responsible for the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries to collegiate athletes. In addition, the Assistant AD Olympic Sports Medicine administers drug testing, insurance coordination, and travels with athletic teams to all events. The incumbent reports to the Associate AD Sports Medicine in the administration of a Division I intercollegiate Athletic program in adherence to all university and Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure regulations. |
