The CACREP-accredited Counselor Education Program in the Department of Clinical Therapeutic Programs at Eastern Kentucky University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor for Academic Year 2026-2027. Applicants should hold an earned Ed.D. or Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from a CACREP-accredited institution/program. ABD applicants may be considered with evidence of a scheduled doctoral defense that occurs no later than May 2026 prior to an August 2026 appointment. Applicants must also hold an active state counseling license and both be eligible for Kentucky clinical counseling licensure and willing to pursue Kentucky licensure within one year. Director of Operations	Richmond Campus
The Director of Housing Operations is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive university housing operation, with a primary focus on driving business innovation through data systems and . The incumbent provides leadership for developing responsible, effective, and ethical business practices while overseeing the daily operation of the operations portion of the housing portfolio. The Director of Operations works closely with the Director of Residence Life to ensure all efforts of Housing & Residence Life are cohesive and efficient. Actively serving as the leader of administration, facilities, and technology for the department, the Director spearheads innovation across all housing operational functions. This role leads facilitation and liaises with campus partners on advanced systems configurations, workflow automations, and integrations. Creating data-driven assessments and reports, the Director works to optimize occupancy, streamline central office processes, and inform institutional decision-making.

Coordinates and supports the administration of Fraternity & Sorority Life and Student Involvement by advising student leaders, facilitating organizational operations, promoting student engagement, ensuring compliance with university policies, and collaborating with campus partners to enhance the student experience.

Associate/Senior Associate Athletics Director of Development	Richmond Campus
The Associate/Senior Associate Athletics Director of Development will be an integral part of the Development and Alumni Engagement team and will also serve as a member of the Athletics Department senior staff. This position will work closely with the Vice President & Director of Athletics to align development efforts with the broader vision and priorities of EKU Athletics. Under the supervision of the Assistant Vice President for Major Gifts, this position will: ● Cultivate, solicit, secure, and steward major gifts ($25,000 and greater). ● Execute a minimum of 12 substantial face-to-face visits per month and a combination of annual and major proposal goals based on portfolio value and tenure. ● Actively engage a prospect portfolio of 80+ individuals/households, working with the Development team, coaches, athletics staff and other campus leaders on unique donor strategies. ● Travel frequently for prospect visits and athletic events, including a minimum of one out of state trip per month. ● Be responsible for recruiting members to the Colonel Club with leadership annual gifts ($1,000 - $5,000). ● Assist with coordination of hospitality areas. ● Responsible for logging metric and contact information into the University system. ● Motivates administrators and coaches to participate in the development process and solicitation of gifts. ● Oversee specific giving initiatives, events, and projects with the purpose of donor acquisition, portfolio building, and donor participation. ● Attend a high number of EKU Athletics games and events, including nights and weekends.
