| The Noel Studio seeks an administrative coordinator to provide high level administration and professional support services for all activities of the program, direct executive assistance to program leaders, and oversee the program budget. Services provided include fiscal management, written communications, meeting and resource management, data management and analysis, scheduling, organization, conducting research, and coordination of activities across programs to ensure a positive employee experience and seamless service. The typical workday is 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, with the occasional need for flexible hours during events and programs. |

| This position is responsible for the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries to collegiate athletes. In addition, the Assistant AD Olympic Sports Medicine administers drug testing, insurance coordination, and travels with athletic teams to all events. The incumbent reports to the Associate AD Sports Medicine in the administration of a Division I intercollegiate Athletic program in adherence to all university and Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure regulations. |
